Flare Jeans & A White Tee

Hello,

I absolutely love getting dressed up but my go to outfit is definitely jeans and a tee. I spotted these flare capri jeans at H&M and I had to have them! I love the unfinished look at the bottom of the denim, It gives them a 70's feel. I picked up a plain white pocket tee from H&M. Since the jeans are high waisted I tucked in the tee to show of the curves of my body. The wedges I have are from the Gap, last season, they are a go to for me.

My favorite recent purchase is this choker I bought from a local jewelry shop - I Dream Of Jewels  - It's brown suede with a rhinestone design, the perfect piece to add to this look. I'm totally into chokers and when I spotted this one, I thought it was so fun and perfect for the summer! Lastly,  added my Ray-Ban Aviator Flash Lenses - in the color Green.

This simple look, turned into one of my favorites!

KIWI & STRAWBERRY COCONUT WATER ICE POPS

A delicious, fruit filled popsicle that's 100% natural and hydrating!

I love to make ice pops when the weather starts to heat up. It's not really that hot out here in Hoboken, NJ - but since I've been working out, I wanted to snack on something healthy after my workout.

These pops are cool and refreshing and made with just a few ingredients! All you need is Coconut water and fruit. For this recipe, I decided to go with strawberry and Kiwi. You can add whatever fruit you would like to your pops.

Just Add your fruit to your popsicle molds and top with your coconut water.  (If you don’t have traditional popsicle molds you can use any small sized glass that’s freezer safe and wooden sticks.)

Pop the mold in the freezer for a couple hours and you are ready to enjoy your pops!

Enjoy!

Mother's Day Brunch

I hope everyone that celebrated Mother's Day had a very special day, mine was wonderful. This year We had Mother's Day Brunch at our house. We set up a bagel bar, along with eggs, salads, crab cakes and roasted chicken (the food was endless)  I set up a mimosa bar with champagne, bubbly rose and every fruit you could think of to dress your mimosa. We also served up some delicious bloody mary's.

After brunch we enjoy some delicious deserts from Milk Sugar Love, in Jersey City. I saw them Instagram this gorgeous cake a few days before Mother's Day and I thought I have to get my hands on it!! Isn't it just gorgeous? - They partnered with Grover Design Studio, who did the flower topper.

My outfit is from a local Hoboken Boutique, Ruby And Jenna on Washington - I bought this top a couple of weeks back and thought it's the perfect top for a weekend brunch. The weather cleared up for Mother's Day so it was the perfect opportunity to wear it!
