Feeling feminine in floral

I would describe my summer style as very feminine. The summer always brings out this free spirited vibe in me. I love to mix lighter colors, florals and dresses into my wardrobe.

While strolling last week I happened to wonder into a local boutique in town where this gorgeous set caught my attention, I knew I had to try it on! It was so flattering, feminine and flirty and I felt like it had to be a part of my wardrobe! I couldn't wait to wear this for a date night out! - Mint Market, Located in Hoboken NJ, has tons of gorgeous pieces similar to this one - so if you are local make sure to stop in and see what they have to offer.

Hope you all have a wonderful week ahead of you! Xo

Struting around in short alls

We spent a part of Saturday at the Warwick Valley Winery, it's such a great place to head with the whole family. Chris' parents live right down the road so we tend to go often. There's always a live band, outdoor games to play and great food, bring a blanket and some chairs and get ready to spend the afternoon sipping on wine in the sunshine :). If you are in the area I recommend coming here!

The weather was all over the place Saturday, I had originally paired these shortalls with a cute cropped boho top. Since it was windy and a bit chilly in the morning I threw on a long sleeve knit top, while at the winery, the sun was beaming and it was so hot out! I've been wanting to get my hands on shortalls and found a great pair at H&M they are lightly distressed and have yellow/green undertones in the denim which make it great for the summer and to wear outdoors. My shoes are also from H&M! and only cost me $29.99. I love them!!  - I threw on these metallic rosé colored flash lens sunglasses which I recently bought from Loft.

Where to buy:

Black lace & denim

I spotted this top at H&M a few days ago and instantly boyfriend jeans popped into my head. It was the only way I would purchase such a "fancy" top, I thought. I couldn't wait to put the look together.  My best friend Kim was coming over for lunch today and I was taking her to a pretty lunch spot in town so I figured this outfit would be perfect.

I can not get enough of this look! The lace is gorgeous on this top and the high necklace and ruffled detailing is perfectly done. I absolutely love to mix pretty with distressed so adding the relaxed boyfriend jean made this look really come together. I through on my lace up black leather sandals from Gap.

It was such a nice afternoon - We sipped rosé while chatting over delicious food at one of the prettiest restaurant in Hoboken,  Elysian Cafe.

Paisley print dress with Banana Republic

I was strolling down the street on the phone with my mom when I spotted this gorgeous dress in the Banana Republic window display. I remember telling her how pretty It was and how I wish I had some place to wear it. My mother was out shopping the other day and found this dress on major sale and surprised me with it! I was so excited and couldn't wait to wear it.

The paisley print is gorgeous and I absolutely love that it's midi length! I styled my hair in a braid which added such a pretty feminine touch to this outfit. My heels are my current favorite from Sam Edelman called Yardley.

It's the perfect dress to wear to a shower, summer wedding or a nice out to dinner - As I mentioned above it's on sale for $109 - Banana Republic is also have a sale, if you spend 200 you get 40% off your purchase - head to the site and check it out!

Happy shopping!
