Showering Jennifer.

Hello,

This past weekend I attended Chris's sisters baby shower! Yes His sister is pregnant as well! Her due date is October 12th. It is very exciting that our babies will only be 3 months apart. (My due date is January 22nd).

The shower turned out beautiful!! Chris's mom Maryann  is very creative and crafty, she did such a wonderful job. The shower took place out in West Islip, NY at Root's Bistro Gourmand. The Restaurant is beautiful and the food was amazing! (And Jenn's husband Chris has a Beer brewing company Destination Unknown Beer Company which is also on tap there!) This place is a must try if you are a local!

Me with the mommy to be!!

The theme of the shower was Story book - The cutest little invitations came in the mail. They were made to look like Little Golden Books.

Robbin replicated the invitation on an easle which turned out amazing! She is very talented!! I asked if she could paint something for our baby's Nursery!

Maryann Made all of the Center pieces - Spray painted Mason jars pink for a vase and added hydrangeas and baby's breath flowers.  So simple yet, so beautiful!

The Favors were so cute! - Maryann makes an amazing Balsamic red pepper jelly. She packaged them in cute little jars and decorated with a tag that read: Sugar and Spice and everything nice. On the top she added a sticker that said thank you for showering our little peanut.

Okay, HOW CUTE ARE THESE CAKE POPS! Jenn's friend made these and they were so delicious!

My favorite part of the shower was decorating onsies for the baby! I did the "little chick bib". They had plain onsies and bibs for decorating with fabric pens and stamps. Everyone seemed to really enjoy this, This is a must at my baby shower! I won for being most creative. (the bottom onsie)

all of the beautiful gifts for the little princess!

The three mommy's to be, after the shower.

I had such a wonderful time and can't wait for this little one to come into the world! XO.
