Hello and happy new year to you all, I took a few days off from blogging to enjoy the holidays and to organize my thoughts and Ideas for the new year! (I've got some posts coming on that soon). It's finally gotten really cold around here, temperatures in the teens and snow every couple of days. I'm not hating the weather just yet, I can tolerate the cold probably because I can stay cozied up indoors. Another few weeks and I'll be day dreaming of warmer weather though, thats for sure!
So I've been braving the cold in this super cute parka. No cold weather is going to stop me from dressing cute. The key here ladies is layering and bundling and you'll be good to go. A wool coat is a staple for the colder months and this parka from J. Crew has to be one of my favorite jackets I now own. (thanks to my secret santa). The fur hood and gold hardware bring life to any look, this jacket really turns this simple look into something special.
I'm also totally obsessed with this new crossbody bag from Madewell the color is PERFECT, I mean it's called dark cabernet! Plus the size is ideal for me, with a little one, it's not too big and holds just the right amount of my essentials (sunnies, wallet, phone, blush and some lipstick).
