Two days from one of my favorite holidays! "tis the season" for dressing up for the holidays. Lots and lots of holiday parties and gatherings on your calendar? I'm right there with ya! Today on the blog, I've rounded up my favorite dresses that aren't your typical holiday dress! Also these dresses wont break the bank and you'll be sure to stand out.
I always enjoy dressing for the holidays because it's one of the only times of the year that I can wear something different, that's a little more stand out. A huge thank you to one of my blogger besties Lindsey, The Fashionably Broke Teacher, for sending this dress over to me! I was planning our holiday photos and I really wanted this dress for the shoot. However, I was so last minute and saw that Lindsey had just styled it and was nice enough to send it over! I actually ended up wearing something else for the family photos but we were able to capture some images in this dress.
I then thought this was the perfect dress for the holiday season. It's not your typical holiday dress, no red, sparkles or tulle. The lace is beautiful and it's what completely makes this dress. The bare lace, balloon sleeves and high neck line add an element of elegance. The great thing about this dress is that you can dress it up with a pair of suede heels or dress it down with a pair of riding boots.
