Today on the blog, I'm sharing a few easy steps to fix that broken make up of yours.
OMG! That moment when your favorite make up product hits the floor and shatters into a million pieces. Don't you just hate there?! It always manages to happen to me when I buy a brand new product and have barely used it. When it shatters, it makes it that much worse. That's exactly what happened to me this morning!
I was rushing to get my stuff together and walking about of the bathroom when my favorite highlighter slipped out of my hands, hit the floor and shattered into a million pieces. It got me to thinking, there has to be a way to salvage it! And with just a few easy steps it'll be good as new.
What you need : rubbing alcohol and your broken piece of make up.
I placed my alcohol into a syringe to have more control of the amount that was coming out. Just place a little amount of the alcohol on to your make up to saturate it. (don't over pour).
Next you want to mix up and smooth out the mixture. I used my finger but you can use a stick or a spoon.
Make sure you give it some time to dry and it will be ready for you to use!
